This Tool is WIP and it is made to create rFactor 2 Engine.ini Files.
Every rFactor 2 Engine ini has two main Sections.
The first Section, is the one where the Torque and Power is coming from.
The second Section, is the one where you e.g. set the Fuel Consumption, some Values for Heating and Cooling,
some things that can be modified in the Setup Menu and some more things.
Turbo Engines: You can generate "naturally aspirated" and "Turbo" Engines.
With a Turbo Engine, you can use the Turbo Sounds that rF2 offers. Don't forget to add the necessary Soundfiles and Lines into the SFX File.
Important: If you try to upload an Engine.ini that has Turbo Entries already, the upload gets cancelled.
The Reason is, that the Script can not identify the Relation between the Nm Values and the existing Turbo Entries.
If you want to create a Turbo loaded Engine, use the Nm Values of a normal Engine or upload a naturally aspirated Engine.ini!
In Reality, you also would not use a Turbo loaded Engine to attach a Turbo, would you? :)

To create an Engine ini, you can choose between different Methods (to use a Method, click the green Buttons):

You create an Engine by entering some Data, like max. Torque at xxx RPM and some other Data,
to generate the Data that defines the Performance Chart and from that all Calculations for Torque and Power are made.
The Torque Curve (from that the Power Curve gets calculated) will be calculated by Sinus and Cosinus Formulas.
All other Values (that are in the second Section) are coming from the Nissan GT500 2013 v1.96 as a Pattern.

You create an Engine by entering the Torque Data, that you e.g. have taken from a Performance Chart of a real Engine.
Basing on that Values, the Tool generates the Performance Chart and makes again all Calculations for Torque and Power.
All other Values (that are in the second Section) are again coming from the Nissan GT500 2013 v1.96 as a Pattern.

You upload an existing rFactor 2 Engine ini.
The Tool extracts all Data from it an uses it for filling the Cells, where you can modify the Settings
or add a Turbo Charger.

And as a last thing. Please report all Problems that you have, by using this Tool!
The Script is very extensive and Mistakes are done easily and without your reports, i can not improve it.
If you have a Problem (or if you want to suggest something), please send me a Mail to chris_rf2onl (at) gmx.de Thank you
